There are two 13m long steel horns facing the sea. Overall design is based on research of military and civil engineering from industrial era.
Design derives from the listening devices that were used to detect enemy aircraft before the radar was invented.
However, in this case a girl from the Belle Epoque era instead of military uses the horn to listen to the sea. The title for the work is "I Can Hear It" and we don't know what she is listening to and waiting for.
But we know that she can hear it for sure !
